Wait time was minimal. Staff was friendly and pleasant, including Dr. Prenner. After he examined me, he explained how my eyes looked to him (improved/got worse/etc.) Kept me well informed of my eyes' health. Asked if I had any questions. Then wished me a good day as I left. Overall, a pleasant experience!
