There was nothing mentioned about flu shots. No explanation about my current test results meanings. Very hurried visit. Would like dr to take more personal time with me.

I would say that Dr. Gendel and his staff are great people and care about you when you come in and greet you when you come in and ask you how you're doing. I like that. He also is a very good explainer of what's going on with the test results and what I can do.

I was rushed out of the visit. We did not talk about things that were important to me. It's not easy to get a Dr. appointment. Now I need to wait on these issues.

St Lukes & all their medical staff, constantly work at communicating with their patients and answering their medical needs.
I especially applaud Dr Jonathan Gendel & his staff for their continued care and thoroughly recommend his & colleagues for patient adult care.

Knowing that I have Chronic Kidney Disease, Prediabetes and Acid Reflex, I am surprised that the doctor does not take a more active role in my diet and tools that can help these issues from causing me problems.

Very experienced and knowledgeable physician who takes a thorough history and physical exam. He discusses his findings and suggested action plan in easy to understand terms.

I waited over 45 minutes to be seen and felt the provider rushed through my visit. He could improve by not walking in like he is in a rush, maybe sit at eye level with the patient and allow time for all questions to be answered.

I always receive excellent care when I go or my family goes to Mission Farms Urgent Care! All staff are professional and genuinely caring! If I need care after hours, I always choose Mission Farms Urgent Care!

I was treated very well by staff. Dr. Gendel is always professional, caring and attentive to me. Discussion about my health regarding blood work and overall health. He is a good listener also very polite to me and my family members that drive me to appointments. He has been my doctor 20 years.

I felt like the doctor was in a hurry to get through the process. Blood work abnormalities were not explained. He rushed out with no explanation regarding suggestion to not take supplements. Very disappointed.

Dr Gendel is very easy to communicate and feel comfortable with. He seems interested in his patients well being and offers good basic exams and compassionate medical advice. If more evaluations are needed Dr Gendel will refer for further eval.
