Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Excellent staff. Things were explained to me with understanding and the doctor chose a plan to find out what is going on and what treatments will be needed. He was much more concerned and explained the possibilities of what could be going on and what needed to be done. It was very helpful for me to understand the procedures and tests and what I needed to do while waiting for my appointments.

The appointment was pretty much on time. The technician was friendly and thorough with the hearing test. The PA was very good. He listened to everything that I had to say about the symptoms that I was experiencing. He made a thorough examination of my ears and explained what was causing the symptoms that I was experiencing. Then explained the method of treating those symptoms.

I think the ENT staff is so capable and knowledgeable. They are friendly and professional. The only complaint I have is some confusion on the scheduling end of the process. This last time I had 3 different people call me and it was apparent they had not communicated in a meaningful way, or at all (as one said), with one another.
