Prior to going to Dr. Dounchis I had sought the same [ ] from another provider. However, the other provider’s office staff did not respond to [ ] I left for the insurance/medical scheduler. Dr. Dounchis provided me with a detailed diagnosis of my [ ]. Unlike the previous provider, Dr. Dounchis explained to me a very detailed description of the [ ]. Dr. Dounchis also provided me with the direct phone number to his insurance/scheduler. dr. Dounchis gave me a feeling of confidence that not only was the operation to [ ] was going to be successful, but that I could have direct contact with his staff when it came to questions or scheduling. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Dounchis.

This is a medical place where you don’t get an automated answering system that 5 mins. Later you are still trying to talk to a human.

I was seen for both x-rays and initial appointment with in minutes after my arrival. Dr. Dounchis drew a very clear diagram of my knee and explained everything very clearly and in layman terms ( which I really appreciated) I would have liked to see the [ ] myself, but maybe next time. Dr Dounchis was friendly and made me feel very comfortable and I am confident he is the best choice of surgeons for me.
