Dr. Johnson was professional and compassionate. He asked my consent to examine me, answered all my questions with apparent knowledge and empathy, and had excellent “bedside manner.” He took no more of my time than necessary, but was fully present with me and never seemed in a hurry to move on.

My prior Urologist never discussed options with me nor treated any UTIs. Dr Johnson brought up a surgery I had already researched but thought I'd be denied if I asked about it. I actually felt my fears disappear as Dr Johnson laid out the surgery as an option.

I met him for the 1st time today. His "bedside" manner was so good. I really felt like he cared about my situation and didn't treat me like "just the next patient ". He also took time to listen to my other concerns

It was my first time as his patient. He was very informative with what the procedure I had would entail. I had this done before but this time was much better, with very little pain or pain afterwards. He explained what he was doing & looking for. And explained so much more or what to look for or maybe expect in the future.
