I couldn't have asked for a better person to do my PreOp. Very kind, understanding and made me feel very calm and reassured about the procedure. Very thorough. I would also like to mention the nurse who saw me first to do my vitals. She was also very kind and had a sense of humor. Very good overall experience especially since I was lost in the parking garage.

Jessica reminded me of the way my daughter cares and has concerns for me. She went out of her way to get me an appointment the very next day, which was very important as my surgery was 7 days away!
