Erin Johnson is a great physician. Takes the time to listen and understand what issues are on the table at the the time of each visit. She always makes sure you understand what issues could be going on and ways to address them. Includes the patient with detailed information of care. Always wants the patient involvement on the ways to cure the issues. Love the way she is knowledgeable about all needs. One of the good ones. Thank you Erin Johnson for all you have done for me.

Erin is vested in her patients health and well being. She cares deeply and spends the time needed to help you with any issue you may have. I feel blessed that she is a part of Southest Family Medicine. I trust her completely.

I was surprised that the cryo spray used did not have more of a focusing tool so that less skin was exposed to it. I was not briefed on what to do afterwards and while the skin tags did come off I was in great pain. The areas where they came off the skin looked like there was pus and I decided to self treat by cleaning the area and putting neosporin on them. I have had prior issues with treatment but did not get a survey then.

This was my first experience having my yearly wellness from Ms. Johnson. I felt the exam was as through as the ones I've had from Dr. Mooney (maybe more so). An her action on my BP issue was welcome.

I was not feeling well and sent an email to Dr. Mooney's office via My Chart with my concerns. Riley emailed me back right and got an appointment set up with Erin the next day. Just left the office and Erin had me have blood work done & also set up an appointment with a cardiologist for next week. Erin went over my ECG with me in the office and let me know what things could be causing my heart rate drop so that it why she ordered blood work along with getting me into see a cardiologist next week. Erin is very thorough and I could tell from our conversation she had been in consultation with Dr. Mooney on what course of action we should take to diagnose my issue. Very happy with care I have been given.
