I arrived w/o an appt, with what I considered a semi- emergency, I registered and was seen within 10
minutes. Dr. Morgan was quick, and professional, as was all the staff there.

I Waited 45 minutes before being called back. Once in the back, I waited for quite a while while my doctor saw another patient. I recognized that patient as she left..she arrived at the clinic 35 minutes AFTER me. Why was she seen before me? The doctor realized he was behind and rushed through my time being seen. My whole time there was a little over two hours. But the actual time with the doctor was just minutes. Others came and were seen in a timely manner, why not me? Is my time not as valuable as other patients? The doctor did not address my main concern of the matter/stuff coming from my eyes all day..never told me what to do to prevent it. Guess I'll need to go to another eye doctor to find out what is causing this. Such a waste of time. I'm very, very disappointed.
I've been telling my husband he should switch eye doctors to one of these, but he said he's not going there after I told him what happened. I probably won't go back either.

It was hard to get them to return phone calls when I had questions about my visit. When they finally did it took several phone calls for them to just set up another appointment which would mean paying again for the same thing I had paid for the previous week. And now that theāve already hit my insurance itās no t like I can just start over with a different doctor.
