Scheduling, Rescheduling and general communications around appointments has become such a hindrance that I would like to move on from Virtua. I originally came because it was easy to schedule appointments online, now I have to go through a cumbersome and at times maddening phone experience which includes multi-hour hold times.

I was extremely pleased with John's care. He was attentive and did excellent with my knee injection. From the front desk to the assistant who saw me before John came in I have no complaints. The oveall office visit was excellent.

I was expecting to see [REDACTED]. They had canceled my appointment last week, so it was a surprise that I got to see this provider. He was very, very understanding and accommodating, and I stayed with him. But I have to say that this is very difficult when people are being changed around and I don't have no continuity of care. Thank you.

My PA John was fantastic, he took his time and explained everything. He involved me in my medical issue and outcome. Young lady at reception desk was equally as competent and very friendly.

John was very good. I was extremely happy with the care that I received when I went into virtual orthopedics. He made my knee feel a lot better and he explained everything. And I came home with a brace and I seem to be doing better. I greatly appreciate all the good care that I received also from the people at the con desk and from the assistant that showed me how to use the brace and the people in the x-ray unit. Thank you.

To start off when I got to the pitman office I was greeted kindly and they front ladies helped me and got eveyhting taken care of and checked me in,the nurse that to me to my exam room listen to me and wrote eveything down as I said it, then X-ray lady came got me helped me as I was in some pain and then got me back to my room and to the Dr that came in and seen me it was a great welcome experience..

I was very impressed with John, Dr. John. And the girls in the front were nice. Everybody was very friendly. But I was extremely impressed with John and felt so relieved at his knowledge and his help.
