Dr. Pennisi always gets back in a very timely manner when I contact him via email. He always spends the exact amoun of time with me when I see him in his office and ALWAYS makes certain that should I have any questions, they are answered as best as possible.

I use MyChart to communicate with Dr. Pennisi and it always amazes me how quickly he responds. He shows a great deal of empathy for my concerns and responds to my questions and [ ] almost immediately. He clearly and patiently explains my questions and concerns.

Prompt, upbeat, focused on results of bloodwork and follow up including the reasoning behind his decisions. Prompt to find out about refills and were there any questions I had that weren't covered during the visit. He was thorough in his answers.
