This was my first experience with NCH and seeing Dr. Pennisi. I was extremely impressed with the amount of time I was given from the time I walked in and spoke to the receptionist to the time spent with the doctor. The receptionist thoroughly explained their policies to me. The nurse, Darlene, patiently answered my questions and did a great job of gathering my information. And Dr. Pennisi took the time to talk to me and ask questions in order to get a good idea of my personal and family medical history. Although the office was busy the day I was there, he didn’t make me feel rushed and made me feel very comfortable. Very satisfied with my first visit!

Always very fast (same day) to look at my problem. Completely accurate with his assessment. Cautious with treatment. Completely up to speed on my lab work and what it means to me. He is the only doctor that I completely trust to know my health and make the best recommendations for me to follow!

I was never kept waiting for any length of time either in the waiting area or in the doctors office. This is important to me as anytime you are visiting a doctor for whatever reason you naturally are nervous, waiting around adds to that nervousness, however, I have never had to wait beyond my appointment time which is a rarity and much appreciated.

Dr Pennisi is the best. I traveled 3 hrs by car to this visit! I moved from the Naples area, and finding a Doctor is impossible in my new area. So I'm willing to travel this distance, and will continue to see Dr. Pennisi. He's wonderful

You don't have to sit around and wait very long. It's not much past the appointment time and you go in to see the doctor. Timely, I like that.
