Dr. Pennisi is always accessible when I have any questions or concerns and when I have an appointment he takes as much time as necessary to explain all my test results and answer all questions that I might have. Very caring.

Prompt, upbeat, focused on results of bloodwork and follow up including the reasoning behind his decisions. Prompt to find out about refills and were there any questions I had that weren't covered during the visit. He was thorough in his answers.

I have high confidence in Dr. Pennisi. He has been my doctor for many years now after a frequent turnover doctors with NCH. So I’m happy with this stability but also happy with his manner and how he engages. iIf he went concierge I would follow him

Dr. Pennisi is an outstanding doctor‼️ He has excellent competence and caring. He clearly knows me as an individual he knows my health background. He listens carefully and applies the best that science has to offer. He is a GREAT doctor he is very likable I am very satisfied with the services he offers and he has created a positive climate with all clerks and personnel. It is an office I am happy to attend.

Dr Pennisi always explains everything very well and answers all my and my wife's questions. I have many health issues and see several doctors., and have had [ ] the past six months. Dr Pennisi is always up to date on my medical issues and results from other doctors or hospital. He is very caring and friendly, as well as being competent. In spite of all my serious issues, I always feel better and more positive after an appointment with him. I appreciate being able to quickly get an appointment with him after my hospital or ER visits.
