I had heard nothing, but good things about HSS, but even still was more than happy with my experience. I drove over an hour and it was well worth it. Dr. Connors listened and was very comforting. Everyone was so kind! I am so happy I found all of you.

Dr. Conners saved my life. He is the best doctor in the world! I went to him for a second opinion on a 3-year-old full knee replacement as Dr. ( ), in Boca Raton gave me a personal letter for my husband, "to whom it may concern" saying I need another knee replacement as my replacement loosened up. DR. ( ) showed me a large gap. Dr Conners took the same exray in less than 1 week & stated that I do not need the hinged brace that the other dr. had me wear & I will not need to use a wheelchair in Disney next week. FYI-I told the dr. ( ). that I walked over 6 miles a month ago in Key West with friends. He insisted the plastic part of the that didn't show up in the exray, was a gap between one part of the artificial knee. I would have done the operation immediately as I want to travel now that I am retired. Long story short, if it wasn't for Dr. Conners, I would have had an unnecessary surgery in a few weeks without even having me do a mri. Mr. ( ) was ready to have the surgery coordinator call me. Please tell me what you need to do for you to award him the highest recognition (for a Dr. Conners). He asked me questions like, do you like the hinged brace? I said no, it hurts and is hot. So, he told me not to wear it if it's not good for me. I asked, "do I need to use a wheelchair at Disney next week?" He said do you want to use a wheelchair next week in Disney? I said, Hell no." Dr. Conners then said, then don't. My knee replacement per Dr. Conners is perfect, and Dr. ( ) used the same technique as him. I'm singing from the rooftop how wonderful Dr. Conners and his staff are. I was very late as I got lost and the Dr. & Staff were companionate to my issue & just great. Maybe the staff should get an "atta boy" also.

Dr. Conners exceeded my expectations. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to diagnose my problems at different groups and doctors over the past 10+ months Dr. Conners listened to me and Mae great inroads in diagnosing what is wrong. I have total confidence in Dr. Conners.

Dr. Connors is a friendly, personable gentleman who is very knowledgeable in his field. He asked questions and answered mine either common sense answers in language that is easy to understand. He told me step by step what he was doing and was gentle and kind.

Waiting time was about 10 minutes. Dr was wonderful. Took time with me and explained what he would do. Procedure was done quickly and did not hurt. Dr was pleasant and fun to be with.

Service was excellent. The signage in the garage is confusing and does not make it easy to find the elevator or stairs. Getting an appointment was very easy too.Really liked Dr. Connors too. Friendly, engaging, a good listener, and a very good clinician.

From the day of my initial visit through my procedure and my postoperative appointments, I can’t speak highly enough about the staff. Every single individual that comprises the personnel at HSS has been outstanding, from the moment you enter the building to the time the nurse calls you for your appointment. As for Dr. Connors, what can I say; simply outstanding. He’s not only an expert in his field, but also personable with outstanding bedside manners, and the unique skill set to listen carefully while providing clear and concise feedback. I can’t speak highly enough about the experience from start to finish.

I had my hip replaced in 2003 and my purpose was to make sure it did not need any adjustments. Dr. Connors did an excellent job and I recommend him to anyone in my place.

Dr. Connors is the only Dr that figured out what is wrong with my hip replacement and why it grinds and clicks.

Some of the questions asked on the survey want to know if they met my expectations or exceeded my expectations. Some I put met my expectations because I have high expectations for HSS and answer those questions with high expectations. Could be misleading because I already have high expectations.
I have used three different services of HSS and I have been very pleased. In my opinion, we are very fortunate to have HSS in our community.
