Dr. Conners is an exceptional provider. He fully understood my concerns addressed each of my issues with clear explanations and answered all my additional questions. It was very easy to talk with and I will refer anybody. I know to him who needs an orthopedic opinion I say this not only as a patient but also as a family practice doctor Who has done years of referral to other providers.

From the entrance off the Palm Beach Boulevard into the valet parking facility and then into the reception area, a real pleasure. No parking hassles and an easy walking. I had heard HSS was a first class operation and this being my first experience, exceeded what I had expected.

I am so glad I found Dr. Connors and HSS. He is very professional, friendly and he really cares! He takes the time to listen to you! He never makes you feel rushed! He explained everything about my situation to me and I really love that. I am having hip replacement surgery and I feel very confident in Dr. Connors and the staff! I know I will be in good hands with Dr. Connors! The staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend HSS and Dr. Connors.

Dr. Connors is patient and answered all of my questions. He is caring and I felt comfortable with his expertise and with him. I like his book too and will pass it along to any of my friends, should they need it. I am confident that my surgery will go well.

Smart, credentialed, through and remarkably responsive. Will likely require hip surgery and I got a class on anterior procedure. Season in Vero Beach and wouldn't even consider CCIRH after talking to Connors ! Expected to go to your mothership in NYC but why bother with the hassle and the effete HSS attitude. If Doc Connors is representative of the competence and grace one gets in HHS WPB then sign me up !

It functioned like a real MDs office compared to multiple other physicians offices that I have been to in Palm Beach . We were treated with courtesy and respect and the physician did not try to sell us something!

Was professional, empathetic and respectful. He explained things completely and took the time to answer all my questions. He always has a warm smile and seems to genuinely care about his patients. The staff love him. Everyone I spoke to at the hospital had nothing but praise for him. They all appreciate his kindness and patience.

I have recommended Dr Connors to two other friends who have significant knee problems. I have told him that he is absolutely meticulous and extremely thoughtful. I think that he is the best orthopedic specialist that I have encountered.

This was my 3rd encounter with HSS Staff (2 in Manhattan) and I can't speak highly enough about each visit. I can't imagine going anywhere else on the planet for any and all of my orthopedic surgeries!

Dr. Connor’s was exceptional in treating my problem. He took X-rays, listened to my description of symptoms and my ideas about long term solutions. After his examination we concluded that a cortisone shot in my injured knee would best relieve my symptoms and allow me to continue playing golf daily which is my passion. I am very delighted to report alleviation of my symptoms and I am back to walking 18 holes just about daily. I am vey grateful to Dr. Connor’s and HSS for their professionalism and empathy and will certainly turn to them if and when needed in the future. Thank you very much.
