Waiting time was about 10 minutes. Dr was wonderful. Took time with me and explained what he would do. Procedure was done quickly and did not hurt. Dr was pleasant and fun to be with.

Service was excellent. The signage in the garage is confusing and does not make it easy to find the elevator or stairs. Getting an appointment was very easy too.Really liked Dr. Connors too. Friendly, engaging, a good listener, and a very good clinician.

From the day of my initial visit through my procedure and my postoperative appointments, I can’t speak highly enough about the staff. Every single individual that comprises the personnel at HSS has been outstanding, from the moment you enter the building to the time the nurse calls you for your appointment. As for Dr. Connors, what can I say; simply outstanding. He’s not only an expert in his field, but also personable with outstanding bedside manners, and the unique skill set to listen carefully while providing clear and concise feedback. I can’t speak highly enough about the experience from start to finish.

I had my hip replaced in 2003 and my purpose was to make sure it did not need any adjustments. Dr. Connors did an excellent job and I recommend him to anyone in my place.

Dr. Connors is the only Dr that figured out what is wrong with my hip replacement and why it grinds and clicks.

Some of the questions asked on the survey want to know if they met my expectations or exceeded my expectations. Some I put met my expectations because I have high expectations for HSS and answer those questions with high expectations. Could be misleading because I already have high expectations.
I have used three different services of HSS and I have been very pleased. In my opinion, we are very fortunate to have HSS in our community.

Dr. Conners is an exceptional provider. He fully understood my concerns addressed each of my issues with clear explanations and answered all my additional questions. It was very easy to talk with and I will refer anybody. I know to him who needs an orthopedic opinion I say this not only as a patient but also as a family practice doctor Who has done years of referral to other providers.

From the entrance off the Palm Beach Boulevard into the valet parking facility and then into the reception area, a real pleasure. No parking hassles and an easy walking. I had heard HSS was a first class operation and this being my first experience, exceeded what I had expected.

I am so glad I found Dr. Connors and HSS. He is very professional, friendly and he really cares! He takes the time to listen to you! He never makes you feel rushed! He explained everything about my situation to me and I really love that. I am having hip replacement surgery and I feel very confident in Dr. Connors and the staff! I know I will be in good hands with Dr. Connors! The staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend HSS and Dr. Connors.

Dr. Connors is patient and answered all of my questions. He is caring and I felt comfortable with his expertise and with him. I like his book too and will pass it along to any of my friends, should they need it. I am confident that my surgery will go well.
