The check-in staff is great! They are cheerful, helpful & pleasant. However, the level of knowledge & experience of the physicians at this location has reduced tremendously which is very unfortunate since it is so conveniently located near my house. It was so much better in the past. If this is going to be the trend, I may have to chose another primary care doctor at another facility which I'm not looking forward to doing.

The staff were nice but the provider definitely rushed me and I don't feel like he gave me 100% care.

Dr Ni is a very good listener and he helps in anyway he can. We always take care of all my issues. I feel he cares and resolves my medical issues. I was very unhappy with my previous dr but now I am very confident Dr Ni will help me with my medical issues.
