Not a long wait. Check-in was easy. Waiting in the room was short and the nurse or assistant was quite nice and professional. Dr was timely, professional, and caring. Great visit!

The AI recording that answers the phone when I dial the orthopedic group is all broken. If I say knee, it repeats knee and then it says ankle and foot and it connects me to the ankle and foot department. I mean I've never seen anything so ridiculous in all my life. Your AI recording is broken. Please fix it because it's extremely nauseating and irritating to the patients.

I left with the same result that my rheumatologist provided before having an appointment with the surgeon pain remains with only option is therapy that was given to me.

Was very thankful for being able to been seen in such a timely manner. Provider was not rushed; he clearly explained my condition and various treatment options. Most appreciative of his "bedside" manner.

Dr. Mariani was so good to me. I have my knee replacement. He explained everything. He's very humble. He takes no credit for anything. He's a wonderful man. I'm going to get my other knee done and I'm going to see him. He was the best. Ten stars.

Hello, yes, I came to the office prior to you joining at Reconstructive Orthopedics joining Virtua, and you were able to fill out the handicapped placard form for me. Now that you're continuing with Virtua, the nurse that took me back there said you don't fill out that form anymore. I don't see what the problem is that you can't fill out the form because that's your procedures prior to joining Virtua and it should continue to be the issue that you fill out the forms because you're familiar with my knee problems and what's going on with me. Now you're asking me to go to another doctor to get this form filled out and I don't think it's appropriate. I've been coming to you for a couple of years now and you should be ?
