I feel very comfortable with John as he is courteous and professional. He said he was leaving after 17 years of making a 2 hour drive! I don’t blame him but am sorry to see him go!

I'm sorry that he is leaving the office I come to. I sympathize with his reasons for not wanting to drive to Watertown several times a week in the winter. I'm confident that the person taking my case will be the same high level.
