We have been going to this practice for several years because we love our doctor and the staff is great. It takes us 35 minutes on a good day to drive to our appointment and it is worth it.

My. husband and I drive 30 minutes one way to see Dr. Horn. He is personable, friendly and one of the best doctors I have ever been treated by. I don't come to his office for sniffles but when I am really sick, and he sees me he knows that I have something serious. Recently, I have been treated for bronchitis. I am on the road to recovery thanks to Dr. Horn, David and his great staff for getting in for the appointment the same day.
