Dr. Horn is amazing. He is so truly concerned about his patients' well-being. His knowledge and experience bring his patients the best care available. He is always attentive, hearing every detail his patients provide. He thoroughly explains their issues and treatments. He is always genuinely helpful and friendly. He makes visits as pleasant as possible. He is a legend in my condo complex. Those who are blessed to have him as a doctor are thrilled they do. And those who don't are on his waiting list.
