Appreciate the personal care, especially demonstrated by Dr.Mooney's medical assistant, Melissa. She was so kind and understanding and effective helping to get an approval from Dr. Mooney to allow me to have infusion treatments for thyroid eye disease. She stayed in touch with me, returned phone calls and was genuinely involved helping. Was delighted to meet her in person at my last appointment with Dr. Mooney. Also appreciate Dr. Mooney's gentle and encouraging care. Blessed to have this care on the Island.

The receptionist and nurse were kind and respectful. Dr Mooney was a little tardy, but he is always worth the wait. He is so very friendly, knowledgeable, prepared and thorough. The check out took a great deal of time to work with me to schedule an EP visit, and also assisted me earlier in the week when I had cancel my appointment for Monday and rescheduled for Thursday! Very grateful for entire staff!
