Doctor was great, very attentive and responsive. Team was not so great as they kept telling me that someone would get back to me but never did. I had to write an unpleasant message to get a response during a time that was stressful to me and my family.

I have, I'm old, I'm cranky, I've been to tons of doctors in five states. And I have to tell you, Dr. John Keaney is one of the few that has a heart bigger than his giant brain. I would send anybody to him. He saved my life. He found something I never would have even thought to look for. So he is the best, and the hospital is amazing, and I live in Florida, and lived in New York City, and I've been in a million hospitals. Dr. John Keaney is such an asset to the Brigham and Women's.

Dr. Keaney is the finest cardiologist I have ever seen. I DO wish I could have found him 5 years ago when my heart issues began. He is excellent. Professional yet friendly, informative but, not haughty. He appears to like patients and listens well both to patients and caretakers. I am honored to get to see him.

This is the best doctor I ever had. He's conscientious, he's knowledgeable, he's caring, somebody that really cares about my health and supporting me in every possible aspect. Knows my case very well, even if I don't see him as often, and is somebody that really provides the health care that I really need. And that's why I'm in very good shape, thanks to his support, his caring, but also his very high technical skills and his professional skills. Truly appreciated and I am eternally grateful.

Yes, I felt Dr. Keaney was very helpful and detailed and explained some issues and even drew diagrams for me. And I'm very appreciative. And he was also reviewing the meds and told me what was important and what wasn't important in terms of supplements and vitamins.
