I always feel rushed with Dr. Fillipone. I had to call his nurse to get test results. There was no communication initiated on the provider's end about the test results even though the results were labelled "abnormal." I worried for almost a week, then finally called and asked to leave a message for his nurse about the results. She called me back within an hour reporting that he was satisfied with the results. I still don't know why the results were labelled "abnormal" however. I like Dr. Fillipone as a person, but it seems that he doesn't communicate directly with the patient. I think the providers in this practice are overloaded and don't have the time to adequately communicate with their patients.

I am a new pacient of his because my previour cardiologest retired and the two times now that i seen him he did not do an EKG on me ! And he took almost an hour to see me after the nurse did my vitals !

John Fillippone is a caring and concerned cardiologist. He's on top of all the info on me to make sure he provides the care I need and prescriptions that work best for my individualized situation. I truly trust his judgment and reccomendations with regards to my health. Bennett
