Dr Fardal was very receptive to all of my needs at my Medicare Annual Wellness Visit and within several hours, I was receiving phone calls from the appropriate people to get me enrolled into the various programs to help me with my needs. His nurse Heidi was secondary in getting me connected with the appropriate people before I’d even left the exam room I was in.
