Dr. John Fanning is the best doctor. He is very knowledgeable, and he listens. I never feel like he's rushing me through the appointment.

I appreciate feeling "seen" as a person, by my Provider and the staff. My Provider listens and addresses my concerns. The staff members are efficient and kind to me. I appreciate them having a good attitude. I'm sure their jobs get tedious at times. Additionally, I appreciate being given a "same day" appointment when I'm really sick. Being a military (R) dependent, I have had a lot of different experiences in many places. I appreciate the medical staff that treats me well, & that UAB accepts my Tricare insurance.

I appreciate the fact that the staff, administration and my Provider are friendly and kind. The general "atmosphere" is good. Dr. Fanning always listens to me and makes me feel "heard".
I also appreciate how easy it is to get an appointment; and once there, my wait time is minimal.
