The only thing I'm not happy about is that I thought, since he's my orthopedic surgeon, he would perform the surgery I need, but now he says no. He says he doesn't accept Charity Care insurance. Let me explain, I thought it was part of a treatment plan.

The doctor is very knowledgeable, caring, and professional. He took the time to listen to my son's concerns, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. I truly appreciate the compassion and attention I received. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about their patients.

Dr. Jennings knew exactly what the problem was with my wrist and discussed a few options one of which we both completely agreed upon. When I checked out the girl that was trying to make my next appointment seems like I was bothering her, she was short and not very clear in regards to making my next appointment. The girl who took me for x-rays was fabulous. Dr. Jennings was fabulous.

Main check in area for the entire 4th floor is very chaotic. Feels like no one wants to check you in and avoids eye contact so they don't have to help you.

Dr. Jennings is a very polite and very optimistic person with a good attitude and he's good happy energy. He listens, even though sometimes he talks a lot, and he's very to the point, and he does know how to explain things to me that I need to know. If I need to know, if I ask. I appreciate everybody in that entire office. Thanks.

You can improve. The doctor was perfect. Nothing to improve. He was personable. He knew what was wrong. He knew how to fix it. He told me if I wasn't happy or if it wasn't done or if something happened or if it didn't get fixed, give him a call in a few weeks and he'll come and see me again. He couldn't have done anything any better than he did. The staff was perfect also. You don't have to improve anything. You just have to copy it. That's it.

My first time there the receptionist greeting was very dry and felt unwelcoming. I'm big on first impressions and the receptionist missed the training. You should happy to see clients.

I went to see Dr. Jennings about a trigger finger in my right hand thumb. After a Cortisone shot, he told me exactly in so many days I will see relief, and certainly I did see relief. Thank you so much Dr. Jennings. My thumb feels so much better now.

Dr. Jennings is very attentive. His staff is very attentive. I've been with them since 2024 for the last two years. Anything I've needed or I've had any questions about, they have provided or gotten back to me with an answer in a timely fashion. I recommend Dr. Jennings to everyone. I know he probably cannot take everyone, but I've recommended him to a lot of people. I'm grateful that he was my doctor during my time of need and he will continue to be my doctor if I ever need him again. Thank you.

Dr. Jennings is one of my favorite doctors. He listens to you. He's very good. And I would not go to anyone else but him for my hand problem.
