Dr. John Saia is a blessing, and a most precious asset to the medical community. In this day and age, it's hard to find a doctor, who possesses not only his level of expertise, but also his attention to detail, patience, warm and kind personality, and utmost concern for the health of his patients.

Apt. Was on time. Very friendly staff. Dr. Was in no hurry to answer all my questions. Front desk staff exceptional nice and friendly.

From the minute I walked in the office everyone was polite, happy and professional. The waiting area was clean and inviting. I didn't wait long at all to be called back to start my appointment. This was my first visit and I was extremely pleased!! Thank you very much!!

I feel like he is just trying to get through the appointment without really even trying to converse with me. I feel like he doesn't want to be there. I know he is a good doctor, but i don't feel like he is really interested in me as a patient.

You keep telling me there's a 10 on my telephone, there's no 10. If I push one and zero, it comes up one, which is the lowest rating. There's no 10! What kind of phone do you have?
