Dr. Joffe is excellent. She listens closely and offers medical advice in a thoughtful and direct manner, making it easy to understand her recommendations. I highly recommend Dr. Joffe to my friends and colleagues because she takes the time to listen and truly hear my concerns.

Some of the providers at my doctor's office could really learn from my provider's bedside manner. It's already difficult dealing with everything life can bring, and when you go to the doctor, compassion and kindness make a huge difference. I'm grateful to have a provider who treats me with respect, listens, and genuinely cares. I wish every provider showed that same level of empathy and professionalism because it can truly make a patient's experience so much better.

Michelle was great. She listened to what I needed, provided options for care and offered resources and guidance. I felt listened to which is so important and doesn't happen often when you go to some other providers. I couldn't ask for better care.

What truly stands out is how attentive she is; she takes the time to listen to all my concerns without rushing. Additionally, her extensive knowledge in the field is evident, and she clearly explained everything during my exam. Overall, I had a positive experience and felt well-cared for throughout the visit.
