Dr. Heims has been doctor since I moved to Des Moines when I was in my early 30's (now in my 70's). She has always been a kind and compassionate doctor and a very special person. I always appreciate her honesty and the way she cares about me. I wish there were more doctors who have her qualities.

Dr Heims is always very pleasant and makes me feel comfortable during my visits. She listens to my concerns, answers any questions I pose and provides full instructions for next steps. I am so pleased I found her to provide my primary care needs.
