I love Joel - he is so patient and practical. Always pragmatic and positive. I actually look forward to my appointments and appreciate his feedback. He never makes me feel stupid for asking questions and is always thoughtful on his response. He treats ME - I do not feel like just a number to him

Joel has always been professional and listened with great respect. Any time I a problem to discuss with him he paid attention and took time to get the facts and answers so I understood completely

Joel was all over the place with other unrelated questions to this particular visit. He had me confused at times. He did not call in prescription like he said he did therefore, I started my antibiotics a day later than I should have.
