Dr. Bhagratie is outstanding in all aspects of the services he provides me. He is friendly, kind and professional. I received 6 injections that were completely painless and the injections have provided complete pain relief. My son saw Dr. J. Bhagratie for a school-related injury, and we had an excellent experience. He was professional, approachable, and had great bedside manners. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his patients and takes the time to explain everything clearly. His team was fantastic as well—scheduling follow-ups and providing doctor’s notes was seamless. The office was a bit farther for us, but it was worth it—unlike crowded clinics, we were seen promptly by a knowledgeable professional who really knows what he’s doing.

Front desk staff very efficient, caring, friendly & professional. First meeting with new Iovera Specialist Joe Bhagratie, and his associate explained in detail his procedure to treat my CRPS in right knee. I left the office feeling very much at ease that that he will be able to relieve me of my 24x7 pain as a result of a knee replacement in 2024.

So easy to get an appointment and even went once without an appointment and was able to be seen in a short period of time. Dr. B. is very easy to talk to and takes his time both examining the issues and explaining them.

Friendly staff all throughout. Dr. B was very attentive and a good communicator. He does a great job with asking find out questions "tell me....", answering all my questions, and checking in with what he has discussed with me "what are your thoughts?". He should have a masterclass on that. And of course, he's very knowledgeable with the medical concerns of my visit.

As would be expected, the strength of a medical office is the caliber of staffing. The doctors, assistants, and nurses are very good.

Everyone at the office is very nice. The doctor is very personable. Really wants to know what’s going on. Make suggestions of how to help you has other gentleman there who are forever learning! Very welcoming environment so glad I changed over to the Baptist system
