The doctor is amazing. Didn’t take my pain lightly and explained everything and offered more than I expected. Went above and beyond. The office is clean and the service was not rushed but prompt. The staff was amazing

This was our first visit to your emergency room and we were seen promptly. From the moment we arrived for the examination, everything worked like clockwork, from the CT scan, X-ray and subsequent referral to Orthopedics. This was my first visit to your orthopedic practice. We went to the walk in clinic and were so pleased with how promptly we were seen. Everyone was very efficient, explained each option, and then performed the fluid drainage and shot injection. The whole experience couldn’t have been more pleasant.

The office is clean and comfortable. Wait time was short and desk staff was pleasant. Dr Bhagratie was excellent. He did a thorough job of explaining the issue and the options to correct it. Dr. Bhagratie made me feel comfortable and heard. Med staff were friendly and efficient.
