This was our first visit to your emergency room and we were seen promptly. From the moment we arrived for the examination, everything worked like clockwork, from the CT scan, X-ray and subsequent referral to Orthopedics. This was my first visit to your orthopedic practice. We went to the walk in clinic and were so pleased with how promptly we were seen. Everyone was very efficient, explained each option, and then performed the fluid drainage and shot injection. The whole experience couldn’t have been more pleasant.

The office is clean and comfortable. Wait time was short and desk staff was pleasant. Dr Bhagratie was excellent. He did a thorough job of explaining the issue and the options to correct it. Dr. Bhagratie made me feel comfortable and heard. Med staff were friendly and efficient.

I like Dr. Bhagratie. He comes across like a real person. Someone who sees the person not the symptom. His philosophy of surgery as a last option is why I went to him. His staff is also friendly.

Dr. Joe Bhagratie and his staff were awesome! From front desk encounter to checkout. Dr Joe, is very personable and provides great explanation and care for my trigger thumb issue. Definitely will recommend Dr Joe to anyone as well as your new office in 7 Pines which is very close to me.

I love that it is a walk in office, that made it very convenient. There was no wait at all. The staff was friendly and the drs were very thorough. Dr Bhagratie listened with patience and offered different treatment options. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The office was very clean.
I was seen on time. Dr Joe “listened” to me; he was present, and gave me all the time I needed. After assessing me and reviewing diagnostic X-rays and Cat Scan, he offered treatment options for my pain and suggestions of other things to consider. I found him to be thorough and very professional. I chose to have a steroid injection- Dr Joe educated me on care at home with instructions to call back if and when needed. He further offered educational material for other treatment options.
I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs Orthopedic care.
