All my lofty expectations were met. Everyone was friendly and professional. My wait time was very minimal and my problems were thoroughly explained. I rate this practice with a 10 out of 10 points or five stars, which ever you prefer. I am so grateful to be a patient.here and look forward to a long and successful relationshp.

All Staff were kind and considerate of very elderly patient; Doctor spent a long time with patient and caregiver, asking questions and listening carefully.
Walk-in opportunity is an incredible benefit when initial appts. have a month-long wait. **Strongly encourage retaining this valuable service! It sets you apart.**
Beautiful campus with ample parking, including handicap-designated; covered drop-off area that can accommodate two to three vehicles; easy access to office from elevator (important for patients with mobility issues).
Patient had concerns about traveling so far from home (20+ miles) but now is “sold” on Baptist Ortho Clay.

The medical staff (Doctors, nurses, assistants, office staff) are all top notch. Medical care is second to none. Care is fast and all facilities are connected to each other which makes care very efficient and personable. They make sure you are ready for each appointment so that you're in and out in a timely manner.
