Jocelyn is committed to her patients. Her disease state knowledge is excellent. Also,she takes time to listen carefully to any questions that you may have. Highly recommend her!!

I would recommend to other patients that don’t have a lot of mobility having their appointment later in the afternoon. Our appointment was at 4:15 so it was not crowded and we got in to see the doctor very quickly. And normally parking is a difficult thing in the parking lot—at this time in the afternoon it was smooth and easy.

Awesome care. Listened to me, answered all my medical questions and listened to my personal issues and concerns that might effect my heart health. She didn't act like she had a tight schedule. I felt like I was her only patient for the day.

The "My Chart" Software that we can keep in contact with our Doctors from Renown is one of the best programs I have seen. I use it to keep in contact with my doctors and also, I can download my [ ] for my records. MY CHART is really a good program.

She explained my situation and how my heart beats to satisfy me that it was, indeed, not really skipping beats. That was a great relief. She explained all the options and allowed me to weigh in on which I would rather have, but made sure I had the opportunity to ask for a more intrusive solution to my problem and made an appointment in the nearest time to revisit the decision, promising to consult with my other cardiologists to help make an informed decision on the best way to proceed.

I looked at my life situation after being grounded due to the condition and treatments I required, and while I was in a good place physically and mentally I realized that I needed to return to work ASAP. Jocelyn helped me with a request to return to work, which served to eliminate further any stress associated with the procedures I had just endured to get my health back up to 100%.
