Joanne was excellent!. She thoroughly explained everything very clearly to me and relived my mind. I was uncertain about a few things. She listened and answered all of my questions and I felt relieved. Very professional and I'm glad I kept the appointment. My cousin came with me and was also impressed too.

I was happy to meet Joanne for the first time. She listened to my concerns regarding my medications and made some suggestions regarding a possible change to a newer medicine to help my heart. She gave me some samples of Jardiance to help defray the cost. I look forward to working with Joanne in my medical care.

Always a successful appointment. I look forward to Joanne and her wisdom. She is one of the few professionals who actually listens and discuss the es good idea without judgement. I asked her to recommend a gastro doctor and she took the time to make two recommendations and will follow up on a few things we discussed.

Yes, the nurse practitioner, she was very thorough. She understood my history and my, she was familiar with the results of my test and it was just great being with a person that treated you normally. I mean, I have, I am very sick and sometimes I am not treated. I feel as though I am. Anyway, she was very nice. I would love to see her again. And another thing, I just wish all of my doctors would be a team as far as my medications. It would be nice if my cardiologist, the heart failure doctor, the pulmonary and the rheumatologist, and the primary doctor. It would be so nice if they got together.

I got extremely good service there. The person was very concerned about me and making sure I did all the things that I needed to do in order to maintain my health. She checked off all the boxes that she normally checks off and she was very kind and considerate and I appreciate her service and I would recommend her to anyone who has health heart care problems because she is an excellent person to have on duty to give service to those who are in need of it.

Yes, the young lady that I saw, Joanne, she was not a bad person. I actually enjoyed my interaction with her. The rest of the hospital staff, the nurses were wonderful that were over me and I for you. However, the doctors, yeah, I'm not interested in coming back to this facility at all. I felt like my, I was being, I can't even understand the word that I'm trying to say to you, but I felt like I was being pressured, there you go, pressured. to make a decision that I had already made. So I did not appreciate it and I will not be returning to this hospital ever. Thank you.
