I am so thankful that Dr. Kaiser-Smith is my primary care physician. She is always thorough with my treatment and empathetic to my needs. She brightens my day and gives me a feeling that I am at my physical best! I also had the pleasure of meeting a Resident and know that he'll make any hospital a better place.

I was very happy with my visit. I feel as though Dr. Kaiser-Smith was very thorough. The nurse was wonderful. Her resident was great. They each took a lot of time with me. They went over everything with me. They started on time and I will definitely continue to utilize her and recommend her.

I have known Dr. Joanne Kaiser-Smith for 35 years, and throughout every season of my life, she has been a steady and extraordinary presence. Her compassion is unmatched-she listens deeply, speaks honestly, and treats every concern with genuine care. Dr. Kaiser-Smith is the kind of internist who doesn't just treat symptoms; she understands her patients as whole people. Her consistency, her expertise, and her unwavering dedication to her profession make her stand out in a world where true continuity of care is rare. She has guided me through countless milestones with kindness and wisdom, and I often joke-but not really joking-that I hope she keeps me alive for another hundred years. In truth, I can't imagine entrusting my health to anyone else. Dr. Kaiser-Smith is not only an excellent physician; she is a blessing in every sense of the word. I recommend her with my highest praise and deepest gratitude.

Dr. Kaiser Smith is a wonderful physician. She takes time with me,listens to my concerns, discusses options and readily makes herself available for a followup appointment. This visit she had a resident who came in first to talk to me. The resident was very astute and professional as well. I actually loook forward to my checkups!

Hi, Dr. Kaiser-Smith and the staff did great. I accidentally pressed a number that I didn't want. It was supposed to be a four. And we would recommend the staff and everyone there a 10. Thank you.

Did not see Dr. Kaiser-Smith for my Medicare wellness check. Had a male nurse, he was professional, courteous, and pleasant. Hope I get him next year.

I have been a patient of Dr. Joanne Kaiser Smith for the last almost 30 years. I first went to her when she was brand new, just coming out in her first patients, and I have seen her grow and mature and take as much interest in me now as she did when I was a newbie 30 years ago. She's intelligent. Every time I have a question, she has an answer. I feel totally confident going to her and I feel totally confident recommending her to anyone else. That's the end. Do I just hang up now?
