The doctor and nurses were great!!! The front end meeting and greeting still needs work. "We need your co-pay and updated insurance card...." What about, "Good morning! Is you information still the same?" Etc. Also, review test and numbers and results with patients. Your eye pressure was what? What does that mean? Is my eyesight the same from the last visit or worse? What does that mean? Overall, great!!!

Dr. Pruzon gave me her full attention and explained what was going on with my eyes in terms I could easily understand. The technician who administered the pre-test was very warm and friendly. I did not have to wait long for my appointment. All in all, a very excellent experience!
I highly recommend Dr. Pruzon and her staff for all your eye care needs!

Things were right on schedule and carried out efficiently. I was seen first by Anna and would like to commend her for her attention to detail. Although I had not requested a refraction, she realized the need as she proceeded to assess my vision. I am so excited to say that she nailed the right prescription and I will be getting new lenses!! Dr. Pruzon then saw me and reviewed to findings, which included pictures, etc. The whole experience, from entrance to scheduling exam for next year, was handled very well. Thanks, Dr. Pruzon and Anna and front office staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pruzon since the early days of her career. She is a brilliant and thoughtful doctor.
I have been under the care of many doctors since the replacement of my heart valve. A drug side effect caused severe hemorrhaging of both eyes. Dr. Pruzon treated me over a three-month period, and I will always be grateful to her.
