Dr. Chang is absolutely fantastic! She has accurately diagnosed several severe eye problems and treated them with positive results. I am truly blessed to have her as my ophthalmologist!

I was feeling a little nervous waiting to meet Dr.Chang . Upon meeting her I felt at ease and confident in her abilities. Everything was explained very well to me.

I had the lens in my right eye replaced due to a cataract. The lens was a special one to correct the astigmatism in my eye. My vision in that eye is nearly perfect and the procedure went smoothly. I can't wait to do my left eye now! I am thrilled!

JoAnn is hands down the greatest eye doctor I ever had. She has done my lasik and even repaired my damaged eye lens (something I did to myself). The care and and absolute details. I don't think I could ever find a better doctor for procedures.

Very thorough exam. She explained everything and had more info than the last two consults with other eye Drs.
My brother recommended her to me and I’m glad I am seeing her. The staff called her the “rock star”. I’m in good hands.

I was very impressed with Dr. Chang’s profesional and confident demeanor, as well as the slight touch of humor she infused throughout the proceedings. These served to allay my apprehensions about having my eyeball invaded.

Dr Chang was great explaining everything I would be going thru step by step During surgery she talked to the procedure which made me comfortable I had four different surgeries and all four she did the stage she was great in the pre op and great in post op her staff was great too very attentive can not say enough about her I can see so good now in both eyes I have to say this is life changing I would absolutely recommend Dr Chang

Recently had corneal transplant performed by Dr, Chang. Very happy with outcome. She answered all questions and explained what to expect. She and her wonderful staff did an outstanding job. Thank you and your wonderful staff.

Prep was thorough, pleasant mood of staff, caring. I was relaxed throughout my time there. They answered questions I had asked with respect. Instructions were given clearly.

I was referred to Dr. Chang, spring 2019, because I had developed corneal Fuchs dystrophy.
I highly recommend Dr Chang!! Since my first appointment with her, she has done everything in a very timely and professional way. Since that first appointment, she has preformed two corneal transplants and two cataract surgeries. My final transplant was in Jan 2024 and everything is great.

She IS terrific. I've had a variety of eye specialists over the years and she ranks right at the top!! Knowledgeable, caring, helpful --- you name it! Have recommended Dr. Chang to several in the building where I live.
