I am extremely thankful and grateful for being able to see Joan Mance. Having someone listen and have empathy and understand exactly what I was going through was a true blessing. Thanks to Joan I feel like I got my life back !! Joan is kind compassionate and knowledgeable. Joan confirmed for me a way forward that I didn’t think possible. i’m lookingforward to our Doctor/ patient relationship going forward .

I haven’t going to Joan for a long time feel very comfortable with her. She’s an excellent doctor always looking out for my best well-being. I would recommend her to anyone.

Provider came accross to me as disinterested in my reason for visit . Did not feel my concern was of intrest to her. I judge her demeaner as cold seemed bothered when I asked to ex[lain to again something she had mentioned . I'm a retired Nurse and have been a Patient of Dr Laura Pica for over 30 years I would prefer not to see. J Mance again

Your providers are very good. Your administration has a lot of weak points. Hire some people to answer the phone. I cannot always be reached on a call back.
