Waiting time is very small… in both the waiting room and in the exam room. Receptionists, and the one who takes blood, and all the staff are very nice - whether on the phone or in person!

It was my first time there and I didn't know what to expect. The front desk and nurse that took me in were very professional and pleasant. Joan Jones was very professional, good listener and offered good advice. It was a positive experience and helpful for my future health. My wife also decided to be a patient at this office.

Joan Jones FNP is amazing, caring and extremely willing to spend time explaining any questions one may have on their medication, diagnosis, immunization, test, etc. She is perhaps one of the best Primary care providers I've ever had. 5 stars aren't enough for her

The reason that I wouldn't recommend the provider is because I don't have any family that lives nearby and actually it is quite a distance away from our home and the friends that I have live near me. So it just wouldn't be convenient. But we've been very happy with the service at Medical Associates of Marlboro. Thank you.

First time all my lab work was THOROUGHLY explained to me... what was good/average, and were areas were to watch... exactly what each one meant. Joan did not rush me through, was very kind and reassuring, and cordial beyond words. Really happy with my switch to Dr. Ignato's office.

My visit with the nurse practitioner was fabulous 1 st time meeting her very attentive , answered my question, very informative . However the office staff leaves much to be desired I checked in on line thinking this is the way they operate , after sitting in the office for 1/2 hour hearing the staff enjoying conversation with themselves I walked up to the window only to find out that ur to check in in person not in line no paperwork telling u that and no sign in sheet after a half hour I got paperwork to fill as I was a new patient they walked out into waiting room A few time and never approached me to ask y I was there very unprofessional staff

The whole staff is wonderful too. I saw many smiles as I checked in. So polite and helpful. I feel I am in the right place to get help. I always leave feeling uplifted in spirit too.

Nurse Practitioner Joan Jones is a fabulous provider. I have no concerns with her. I recommend her to others all the time. She is professional. She is caring. She is knowledgeable. And she makes the visit easy, even though it's not always easy. And I do appreciate her work. Thank you very much.

Joan Jones is my primary, and she is wonderful. She always answers all my questions, and she's proactive with preventative suggestions. So I am very happy with her, and I would recommend her to anyone. I just wanted you to know that. She's great.
