I wold like for her to be my primary care provider. I have not been able to see Dr Baird almost 3 years now.

Has been my primary Doctor for 22 years,and has always taken good care of me

Dr. Yvonne Jimenez is a Gem and I'm really upset that I received notice that she is leaving. This is the second time that extremely good Doctors have not been renewed to continue to service patients. This creates a very uncomfortable experience for patients at this facility.
