During my visit, Dr. Simard alerted me to abnormal liver values in my ER bloodwork from four months ago, which my own internist had not noticed or acted upon. Thanks to Dr. Simard, I had followup bloodwork, and thankfully, the liver values are almost back to normal. I want to commend Dr. Simard for paying such close attention to the test results of a patient whom she had seen only once before.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Simard. We were discussing possible medications to treat my breast cancer as well as several tests that needed to be done. Dr. Simard was very well prepared for the appointment. She listened carefully to my concerns, asked questions about previous medications that I had taken and the side effects. She spent as much time as needed with me. I was most impressed with her thoroughness and compassion.

Dr Simard listens unusually attentively and explains things very well. She also responds rapidly whenever a more urgent problem develops and helps get things organized so it is smoother for me to do what I need to. I've recommended her to others.
