Dr. Dong has been my primary care provider for many years and I have never had a better doctor. She listens to me and gives me the time I need, is very caring and compassionate, explains things in a way I can easily understand. No matter what is going on i always leave feeling emotionally better.

I see my every 6 months. I feel like she is very busy and in a hurry for the next person. I feel it's not her fault, but the hospital is running things, and the insurance. I honestly don't feel that with the way things are done there, my health interest is low on your priority scale.

I never feel as though Dr. Dong is in a hurry and not listening to me. She's always very attentive and warm along with smiling and laughing at my crazy jokes or experiences.
