Dr Li is an excellent listener. Results of the phone appointment met my expectation. The doctor is very efficient in scheduling, placing blood draw orders or having staff call me for appointments.

My medical oncologist Dr. Jiali Li is exceptionally wonderful. I am incredibly grateful to have her my medical oncologist. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, questions and guides me through my treatment with unwavering support. Her dedication is truly remarkable. Dr. Jaili Li always takes the time to explain things in English and Mandarin. She speaks slowly and uses laymen's terms to help explain the process and diagnosis.

Dr. Li took time to explain in detail the pertinent results of my latest blood test, why they mattered, and what condition they help her to confirm or rule out. She is conscientious about using the right tests judicially.

Dr Li has to be the most terrific Doctor El Camino has her empathy, caring expertise, cannot be overlooked every hospital would love to have her, the facility just love her. I am just fortunate I was referred to her from my Surgeon afew years ago, and have Neighbours referred to her.

Dr. Li always listens to my various complaints and concerns and offers sincere answers, not just pat-on-the-head replies that I have experienced from other doctors. She is kind and she is always upbeat and she seems to have a zest for her job - seeing one patient after another doesn't seem like a burden for her, which is surprising because as an oncologist, she sees very sick and dying people. She lifts me up with her demeanor and I feel hopeful. I trust her and feel comforted by her.

Dr.Li had two interns shadowing her. She was very good at discussing and explaining results of PET scan and recommending next steps. She confirmed that we can move forward in January 2025 regarding an MRI and discussing infusion therapy.

Definitely will recommend! But also don't want anyone at El Camino pushed beyond limits. They still seem a little 'untouched.' That's a great gift!
