[staff] is my normal provider but was unavailable, so I was given the choice to have a same day video visit with Dr. Moon.

Nurse Practitioner Ji-hyun Moon was super attentive, listened to all of my concerns, and provided clear next steps. I felt like she took the time to ask all the necessary follow up and probing questions to understand my condition.

Dr. Moon is very thorough, patient, and asks good questions in order to provide the best care. If my provider is unavailable I would definitely choose her.

I had a cardiac catheterization; she could asked more questions and informed me better how often I should see my cardiologist. Her specialization seems to be diabetes. She was better at that.
