His explanation of the central sleep apnea I have convinced me that I needed to adhere to treatment. This is one element of treating the heart failure I have been diagnosed with. I found the BIPAP ASV machine much less intrusive than they were 20 years ago. I am now more rested on awakening in the morning and no longer need to nap for an hour every afternoon.
