Dr Block explains your particular disease/disorder well and how she came to her conclusions. Questions are welcome as are more explanations if necessary. Plus she had a charming personality !

Like I said in opening comments, she has been my endocrinologist since diabetes diagnosis in December 1999, and has been terrific throughout, so why change anything? : )

Dr. Block was especially good at listening and considering my situation. She went to the extent of doing additional research specific to my needs and working with me to determine the best treatment.

I have had an incredible experience with Dr. Block over the past 10 years. She is consistently attentive, always on top of my needs, and has completely transformed my diabetes management. Thanks to her care and guidance, I've gone from a difficult diagnosis to being on the brink of pre-diabetes, a huge turnaround in my health.

She truly wants to help me and will work with me to improve my bone density. I have been to several groups in the area and have been led astray. Her knowledge of osteoporosis is definitely incomparable to all the endocrinologists I have seen. What a remarkable experience and I wish that I had seen her 25 years ago.

I came to this doctor for a second opinion a diagnosis of thyroid nodules. She reviewed my records thoroughly and asked me very pertinent questions about my history and spent a good amount of time reviewing the imaging available. She took the time to explain my condition and made me understand the nuances. She recognized and acknowledged my fears and comforted me. I left the appointment feeling confident in the plan going forward to monitor my condition. I really appreciate her expertise but also her personal care and kindness. This is top notch provider.
