I came to this doctor for a second opinion a diagnosis of thyroid nodules. She reviewed my records thoroughly and asked me very pertinent questions about my history and spent a good amount of time reviewing the imaging available. She took the time to explain my condition and made me understand the nuances. She recognized and acknowledged my fears and comforted me. I left the appointment feeling confident in the plan going forward to monitor my condition. I really appreciate her expertise but also her personal care and kindness. This is top notch provider.

She was very good at explaining things as well as the plan of action regarding the treatment of my problem. I am glad that I was not wrong in choosing her as my Endocrinologist. We should have many doctors like her. Very satisfied as a patient.

She took her time with me, explaining things in a layman’s terms….asked many questions, was very amenable to my following my progress with TwinHealth for my diabetes…and she took my thyroid ultrasound herself ….very impressed with her sharing her thoughts on how we should proceed with a plan….

An excellent doctor, Dr. Block-Galarza also listens to me and explains things very well, I am not a physician, but from what I have seen in my case, Dr. Block-Galarza seems to use evidence based therapeutic approach and she makes sure I understand the rationale behind her approach be it medication choice, dose, and lifestyle modification. WE need more doctors like Dr. Block-Galarza.

Dr. Block-Galarza is the epitome of what a doctor should be. Every doctor should be as willing to listen to their patients, should be as willing to explain clearly and thoroughly, should look at the whole patient as Dr. Block-Galarza does. I cannot say enough good things about her.
