I had a 1.30 appointment. I arrived there at 1.15. I waited 40 minutes for her to come in. And 10 minutes before she didn't come in, the girl said she's running late. She'll be in a while. So she came in at 10 after two. I asked her some questions about another problem. She really couldn't answer them. Well, she wouldn't answer them. And I want to know why did she have to have a mask on? I had my temperature taken. I did not have a temperature. and it was very hard to understand her with the mask on. So she said, well, the nurse will be in to take some information about something. I had to wait another 15 or 20 minutes for the nurse to come in or the coordinator. I was about to walk out the door. I mean, it was ridiculous. I got there a quarter after one. I didn't leave there till almost a quarter to three. And I don't know, and again, I purposely, they tell you to get there early.
