Hss is STELLAR in every aspect of patient care. The flow of navigating through the system is seamles and all employees go out of their way to help. I wish all Healthcare organizations could be this way.

Dr. Jessica Berman was exceptional. She asked detailed questions about my health, symptoms and reason for coming to her. It was apparent that she had extensive experience in her rheumatology. I felt confident in her assessment of my health. A unique quality about her as a doctor was that she was “kind” in a casual, human way. She is a very good doctor.

I live in Morristown NJ and I stay local for minor checks but when anything more than routine comes up, we go to HSS first, NYU second. There is something comforting know g that you are being treated at HSS. Thank you.

I’ve never felt as seen or heard by a Dr. before. She took her time with me - answered every question I had and made every effort to understand my difficult to diagnose issues- wonderful bedside manner.
