She's only had to deal with routine health issues so far. The times I was sick In the past couple of years I wasn't able to get an appointment with her and was treated at urgent care facility. So I have no experience with her other than for routine blood work. But I have been very satisfied with my visits.

I have confidence in the provider however, no confidence in the fact that phone calls will be returned or wait times are long while waiting to be seen. Office staff not timely in reporting results of testing.

Jessica was very understanding was doing her job and it wasn’t her fault of the negative comments I have given trinity and when your on hold take all the crap down about how wonderful you are because it isn’t true like I said this office was great until trinity took over
