I was very pleased with the doctor and staff. The doctor took time and explained everything to me and my family.

Staff was very nice. The only reason for not giving a higher score was because of the wait time. It took over an hour before I was called back to an exam room. I don’t think I’ve ever had a wait that long at TKC.

The staff is what makes Kirklin so outstanding; they are always friendly & helpful! The provider only gets an 8 because it's a huge system that has become inflexible, even while the staff tries every-which-a-way to work with you!!

Quick, excellent care. Dr Bentley was very informative and did not rush me at all even when her recommendation was against surgery.
