Dr. Grayson and her team have always provided excellent care. I believe that Dr. Grayson and her associates care about the well being of their patients. If you are looking for a quality ENT practice i recommend Dr. Grayson and UAB.

Dr. Grayson and her team were wonderful. They listened to all of my presented concerns, never made me feel rushed, and ensured everything was communicated well. My concerns were dismissed by the ENT I saw when I initially began experiencing these problems. Since I work in healthcare, I knew there were other avenues that could be explored since I was still symptomatic. The 2nd opinion I obtained in my local area referred me to Dr. Grayson. Dr. Grayson heard what I had to say, asked me specifically about my personal experience with the symptoms, and offered a solution. Sometimes all people need is a little validation.. it goes a long way.

My interaction with the office staff was pleasant. I was taken in for my appointment, timely and most importantly the provider was extremely thorough, courteous, great listener guided me through a game plan better than any other ENT has done.

I had to wait half an hour before being called back to an exam. room. Dr. Grayson, her resident, the nurses and techs are all very nice. I am sorry she seems to be making appts only on Mon. and Fri. (I greatly appreciated her successfully appealing United Healthcare's initial refusal to approve a very expensive patented drug for my allergy-related sinusitis.) The person who gets a gold star for consistent friendliness and helpfulness is the guy who checks in patients at the front window. Thank you, kind sir!
