What else would you like to say about your experience?
Jessica was wonderful. She took her time to get to know me, as I was a new patient, and genuinely listened. It didn’t feel like I was just another patient in the queue for the day.

Jessica was professional and easy to talk to. This was my first time seeing her, yet made me feel comfortable. I would recommend her to my family and friends.

Jessica was excellent! Explain every step to me and did not do a single thing without explaining it and making sure I understood first

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Jessica and her assistant were so caring and patient. Honestly, I was hesitant to even come back to BJC because it has not been a great experience the past year. However, both Jessica and her assistant reassured me, we're great at their jobs, and even helped with my baby.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
