I believe my provider the Registered Dietitian went above & beyond. A clear health plan was explained to me that I understood. What I appreciated the most was the consideration for an individualized holistic approach that included other resourceful hackensack meridian health professionals like the office social worker to collaborate with. Connecting with accessible services addressed my overall well being and my challenging lack of my basic needs concerns. Ultimately, my care provider promoted a plan for improved health outcomes that were easily explained.
