She does not hurry even though I am sure she is seeing many patients. She listens carefully and respects my input as she explains possible treatment options. She has excellent communication skills.

Jessica is thorough in her explanation in my treatment for MDS. She is courteous and respectful. She answers my questions and addresses my concerns. I appreciate the time she takes to help me understand when a new treatment is introduced.

I am sorry to say but zi am having some health problems that are hard to figure out but the staff is truly trying their best to figure out and help me! I am a cancer servisior and something is going on! I absolutely appreciate them being through! Great staff!
