UAB did not correctly verify my insurance, so when we realized that my insurance wasn't in-network the Provider was not able to execute care via lab orders. It was a waste of everyone's time.

She was very informative as I am new to Medicare and not sure what extra I would have to pay. She gave me clear instructions on what it usually cost and the extra visits that would be required for them to pay for equipment.

It was a good experience; the nurses and NP were great.
My only issue is that it took 4 months to get an appointment and it will take another 3 months to get the equitipment to complete the sleep study... How bizarre in our capitalist healthcare system we have wait times that we hear about in those socialized medicine countries :)

Jessica Morrison was AMAZING!! She was so knowledgeable and she created a plan for me to start immediately. She took the time to explain everything and she truly listened to my concerns. My appointment with Jessica Morrison was excellent!! I left the office with a reassurance that she would help me resolve my sleep issues.

Went for a consultation. Clinic was clean. Front desk wasn't friendly just strictly business, no hello or greeting. CRNP was very friendly and informative. The staff member that checked me out was also friendly and informative. I'm disappointed that I have to wait 3 months until I can pick up a home test. The reasons I did not give a 10 score is the somewhat rude front desk and the delay in home test.

Jessica is absolutely terrific. I don't know what sort of internal system you have set up for acknowledging team members like her, but if she worked for me, she would get an immediate raise and promotion entitle.

The NP I saw was AMAZING. She listened to me, offered solutions, talked over a few experimental things, and gave me samples to find the perfect mask for me- and I did!

Very helpful and they explained trick on how I can get my mask off appropriately.. how often I should be replacing mask, etc.
