The girl that talked to me during my appt gave me so much information & explained everything so well about my sleep apnea & the benefits of wearing my CPAP. And other good information was added. Every time I have an appointment there - the doctors, nurse practitioners or whatever they are 🥴 are just EXCEPTIONAL!

The whole experience was a 10 – was greeted promptly and whole staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Got in and out in record time and all of my concerns and questions addressed. Feel like I'm in very good hands!

The staff is friendly in person, and i love my NP. However, the portal is an issue. My physician and NP don't end up getting my messages. Sometimes someone else answers, and my providers aren't even aware I have a problem. Additionally, every year there seems to be an issue getting my medication refilled....from prior authorization errors to lack of effective communication with Wakix/acredo (specialty pharmacy), I am usually without my medication for about 3to4 weeks. Also, when you call the office, the pulmonary dept answers and takes a message.

My appointment was 10 o'clock arrived at 9:50 had pre register. Once in check there was quick turn around time the nurse came in with 2 minutes to due there part and waited all ten minutes before the doctor came in to finished her example and accessement and all my question. It was pleasure to the doctor to get in and out within an hour.
