My experience with Dr. Faulk was amazing. He spent time with me explaining all aspects of my care and answered all questions. I felt like the level of care provided by him was outstanding compared to my previous providers. It was an overall a great experience. Im thrilled to be a new patient of his.

My previous doctor didn’t even know my name after many years but my doctor now is Dr. Faulk and he spends time with me and sees that I have all the tests I need. His staff is very helpful also as were the ladies in the lab.
